1.How many designer join in store?

2.How many works in there and what is the main works?
Main production is Fashion garment, also have some homeware, handmade works.

3.Who will go to that shop?
The main consumer are woman between 40 years old, they occupy about 70% main consumption. They always in pairs 2 or 3 ladies together or mother with daughter. Sometimes man will come to buy some gifts to their wife or girlfriend.
4.Who is target market?
Female between 30 to 40 who work on business, court and financial fields these kinds of successful woman. They can afford to buy these kinds of high-quality and high level fashion production, also, they need this fashion productions to dress up themselves.
5.How to run the shop? newsletter for consumer? or both of them designer and consumer?
Our newsletter focus on showing to consumer, we do not need to consider designer and artist yet.
6.What position of the shop? brand position is common or high?
They are located in City centre in Leicester, they used LE1 postcode to show their position as well. Also, there just only one store in that position, and store focus on relax and slowly shopping style, because near the store there are many cafe and restaurant, people come here to enjoy their life and buy some good things as well, so the brand position is high level not the fast sale production.

9.Which part did you focus on? you want to built this platfrom or create your own brand?
The designer who put their work to sale in here have their own small brand, and consumer can contact the designer as well. but any production in this store they sale out through LEONE this brand. The store provide this platfrom to sale their work here and also want to built their own brand. In the future, the main designer might not have their own small brand but use LEONE this brand to sale their works.

The first sell well is homeware style clothes(about 100 pound per piece). The second one is fashion clothes (about 200 to 500 pound). The third one is hat.(about 200 pound)

We have 6 social media, and testing them now, we will pick most popular one and keep to use that one and delate the others.
13. What is the future plan?
High level and particular fashion production.

14. Every production here is handmade?
All of fashion clothes design and made in England, but not totally handmade, and these productions made in small factory in England. The others productions like glasses, ceramic, jewellery. everything is handmade and made by designer.
The newsletter is frequency, so, we need do design like a popular production or new arrived in our newsletter to attract people, and we should built LEONE this brand as well. Because this store do not have online shop yet, so we need to focus on promote location of store and show this store is salting nice and high-quality production. All of them come from individual designer. Also, they have some service for costumer like the costumer can book the tutorial choose the model and fabric or material they like, and make their own production. This is a special service, I think we can promote this part as well.
